My area of expertise is in molecular biology and technical development. During my scientific career I worked for different projects for public and private research centers in Russia, France, Europe and the United States.
My first scientific experience was in study of non-canonical conformation of DNA and RNA. Then, during ten years my research focus had been on real time microarray technology. As a group leader, I participated in the research programs carried out in Russia and in the United States aimed at on chip DNA sequencing. I managed a project of development and validation of innovative microarray reader for registration of real-time on-chip processes and was involved in the development of protocols for analysis of biomedical images.
In 2011 I was invited to lead one of the first projects in Russia focused on study of tumor exosomes as a potential source of biomarkers. We were working on approaches allowing accurate quantification of rare populations of cancer stem cell markers-positive exosomes isolated from cell culture supernatants and physiological fluids of cancer patients.
At present I am working at Genopole (Evry, France) for the creation of startup in the field of personalized medicine.
