I have had the opportunity to work as the CFO of a group company at the early stage of my professional development. At that point I was able to serve and deliver by improving the finances of the company, taking them from a company that was operating on overdraft and loans to a company with significant surplus cash to withstand any cash flow challenge in for over six months. I also together with the team were able to improve the the company's profit upto the region of 30% from a point where they were barely reporting profit above 10%. I also took on a started up operation in the construction sector. I acted as the managing director of the company to oversee it establishment and successful operation and protect the interest of the stakeholder (owner, employees, etc). This was a huge achievement as during my two years contract with the company a significant progress was made in terms of commercial and structural operation of the company. The company I handed over at the end of the second year was a company with solid foundation and commercial potentials. This achievement propel me to move to my next endeavor which is the establishment of Rokom Roj Limited, the business that forms the subject of this effort to secure partner(s). Rokom Roj Limited is two years into establishment and operation where business consultancy services are provided to client whiles the planning and funding arrangement continue on the main project it is establish to pursue.
