I drove business growth of Millennium Information Technologies from 5 developers and to 150 developers and 700 employees, and increased technical capabilities by designing standards, procedures and tools for development of high-performance software and processes for training staff. Led to purchase of company by London Stock Exchange Group. I enabled creation of world’s fastest (lowest latency) trading system with core technology exclusive of business functionality allowing independent development and seamless integration of products and modules, through design/development of a real-time platform architecture, framework and tool-set. Currently, I am involved in efforts to reduce time to market and development costs for new software products by creating a cloud-based interactive requirements modelling tool.
