Accomplishments:
I have a 10-year career as a designer specializing in handbags and shoes, working for multiple brands in the Netherlands. This experience allowed me to develop a keen understanding of design and craftsmanship, as well as the practical elements of product development, from concept to market. I have worked closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and marketing teams, gaining valuable insights into the fashion industry. After years of honing my skills and understanding the commercial side of fashion, I decided to launch my own label, Louise Jacqueline, in Paris. My goal was to create a brand that combined my passion for timeless, sustainable fashion with the craftsmanship I had perfected over the years. At the heart of the label is Atelier Tulipe, a boutique and creative workshop in the Le Marais district, where all my pieces are designed and handcrafted. The label’s focus on transparency, sustainability, and using exquisite deadstock fabrics reflects my commitment to quality and artistry. As I continue to build Louise Jacqueline, I am focused on expanding the brand’s visibility and scaling operations, while maintaining the highest standards of design and craftsmanship that have defined my career thus far.
