Became a lead volunteer at my church for over 6 years leading many teams and events. Working in the kids building taught me a lot about having great communication skills. Having to lead and mentor/train volunteers. Making up strategy a to accomplish task. And creating new ways for our team to bond, grow, and be more effective ! Worked 2 years in retail experience. I quickly got promoted to lead sales which was a very big accomplishment. It showed me that I was quick on my feet and that costumers were comfortable with me. And that not only was I able to sell merchandise but I was able to build a relationship through out the experience. After that I was offered a position as a hiring manager were I was able to find new talent and train. From there I decide it was the perfect time for me to start my own business so here I am world!
