with the land i have i decided to build homestays for people as i believe that property is the most guaranteed for the future. The reason of the location it is because of the fact that the town VERULAM is one of the developing in Durban South Africa that is nest to many warehouses and manufacturing industries that makes people staying in townships who are working in this town being in need of the renting flats to get closed to site or to where the work.

for my research the renting rooms are more in demand that made me realize that building the renting rooms around here will be successful.

I therefore looking for the investor to invest in this project that i will make it be a successful and growing into something big in property markets.

Options for the investor: The investor will get 43% monthly payments , after 24
months the money invested in will be paid back with the
interest of 15%.
