After working in a hotel industry as a florist, I decided to join training sector to empower other people with the knowledge. This was after I realized that it is possible for someone to earn a living as a florist. Unemployment is a menace to our country, so I thought that if I train people, this would create job opportunities. Ever since I started working as a trainer, so far I have managed to train so many people from my country and beyond the borders. Some of those that I have trained on how to create flower arrangements have opened their own small businesses to earn a living. Others have secured job opportunities in different event companies. There are those who are also working as freelance florist and during peak season they make good money for their survival. Those that I have trained and are still employed, the knowledge has also played a very vital role in their life for now they are in a position of earning an extra income.
