Author of 12 ESL textbooks for China, various magazine artless on food and beverage, past regular weekly newspaper column, been swimming 200 miles off the east coast of Nova Scotia, worked 1 mile underground in Thompson, Manitoba, practiced emergency first ad in a pressure chamber set at 1,000 feet underwater, did "daisy-chain" jump from airplane, had an emergency bail-out at 500 feet when aircraft caught fire, was fired on by Canadian navel guns in Halifax harbor - rounds landed close enough to count the fins as they hit the water, near my schooner. Made an attempt at the worlds single outboard speed record at Devils Lake Oregon when I was 17. Raced [drag] a custom Dodge Dart, Suddenly, in the Pacific Northwest. Was part of the team that cooked for the Queen of England when she visited Toronto, rode bucking horses at small rodeos in Texas, Could shoot a thrown aspirin out of the air with a BB gun or take the fire off the end of your cigarette at 20 feet with a pistol, Designed and built a "self hooking" fishing lure. Built my first car [Fiat 600] from parts my dad brought home in the back of the pick-up.... took 2 years to finish... and would do 93 mph in the 1/4 mile drags.

I am seeking a WORKING PARTNER or a non-working INVESTOR . The PARTNER would be responsible for our web site[s], online store, digital sales, our "GIVE BACK" program, SOC operations, ALL online and other advertising, inventory control and some item ordering, research and web site content control, newsletter??,AND an older person... I am 75.
REQUESTS FOR AN INVESTOR:
1. The amount need to become a “vested investor” is US$ 50,000. This investment can be paid into the company of a period not to exceed 12 months [a minimum of US$ 4,200.00 dollars per month] WE ARE OPEN TO SMALLER INVESTMENTS AND WILL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE US BOTH SOME MONEY... ETHICALLY, HONESTLY AND WITH PRIDE.
1. This gets you a seat on the board of directors, obligates you to participate in the planning and advancement of the company, and a 16.6% ownership of the company.
1. This means you will receive an amount equal to 16.6% of the profits quarterly.
2. I feel the minimum I would accept to sell the company after 5-6 years is 5 million dollars gives you a US $800,000 pay day OR BETTER!
ALL MUST agree to company mission statement, company policy and the companies “give back” philosophy AND sign a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT to receive full information.
