Hundreds of thousands of talented people from emerging countries cannot afford to get top-tier education in Europe that would enable them to multiply their lifetime earnings by 10-50x. We change that by bringing the smartest minds to Europe to study and subsequently work.

Lendorse sponsors the students’ tuition and living costs through Income Share Agreements: we provide funds to move to Europe and study. In return, we take a certain percentage of the salary upon graduation for a certain period of time. The exact conditions (how many percent of the salary for how many years) are a result of a sophisticated underwriting process, using both hard data (previous grades, type of degree etc) as well as alternative data (psychometric evaluation, interview impression etc).

We invest directly in people and their future, helping to maximize earning potential. On top, we are building a community of like-minded young professionals who support newbies not only with cash, but with advice and network.
