Experience

Description:
Lotss is founded by two ex-hoteliers aiming to integrate technology within our industry. This global hospitality industry contributes approximately $500 billion dollars annually, and we want to provide a tool for the employees that are responsible for this contribution. Lotss aims to build a mobile friendly companion for the staff working within the global hospitality industry by digitalising operations and the human resources field for this industry, to allow for simple and seamless integration into the workplace.

Currently, most hospitality establishments are stagnant within their use of technology, especially towards their employees. Most technology is customer centric, however, we aim to disrupt that norm and focus on the people that are backstage and responsible for the customer service. We intend to digitally store, monitor, communicate, asses and analyse employee usage ad behaviour via our technology. This will not only assist the staff, but will also encourage managers and leaders as they will have complete access to the backend of this technology and will be managed by them. Hence, it is a win-win.

Our main goal is to give the employees in a very tough industry, who are always aspiring to offer better customer experiences but are often forgotten by their managers of their potential.
We want to create the app for the employees that will:

- Boost productivity
- Increase employee retention
- Increase customer retention
- Increase profitability
