This project is based on the creation of a new tourist animation company, which aims to differentiate itself from the tourist offer installed in the central region, namely the Lisbon municipality, aimed at a premium segment in Portugal, concentrating on the demanding client with high power of purchase, that valorize the concept luxury and related traits: rarity, distinction, elegance, differentiation, design, sophistication, originality and superior quality. The strategy of the business model privileges the value added in detriment of the price factor.
