Each role had aspects of finance, strategic/human management and planning. • Completed a 20 page report on the Web-3 space in North America and Mexico. Helped us come up with strategies to reduce information gaps and how to go about with consumer acquisition in these regions. • In Marketing I worked alongside the ‘Angel’ division. I created a provisional budget projection for the ‘Binance angels’ attendance in Binance Blockchain week in Istanbul (November 2023). I had the chance to meet many managers to gather their insights on the program. With this I came up with solutions that could be implemented using technology (telegram bots...) or by changing a few simple structural aspects which would facilitate the running of the program.
Description:
Maru is the middleman between Asian on demand producers and the rest of the world. The on demand fashion industry is said to be growing at around 8%-12% a year. It can be very expensive (sometimes thousands of dollars for a simple tailored suit) so inaccessible to the masses. Through Maru buyers will have access to a 3D VR body profile where they can upload measurements. Producers will be able to have a page to access the buyers VR measurements when they order so the clothes are produced to perfection. Sellers will have a page where they can advertise what they make and list out fabrics, materials ect… the buyer just has to select the colour, material and it will be made and shipped to perfection. Maru will be the middleman, taking a cut with every transaction being made.
