We are looking for a U.S. based partner for the expansion of an already developed business .
ABOUT US :
NextTeammate was created to facilitate the employment process for both the company and the employees. We provide foreign employment and a new and complete Work from Home (WFH) / (bpo) system which is easy, reliable, secure, and most importantly, cost effective.
We are a Bulgaria based company already established on the U.S. market and our main objective is to provide suitable employees to work remotely for American companies in the current positions: 1. Office assistant, 2. Bookkeeping/accounting, 3. Insurance, 4. Sales, 5. Marketing, 6. Medical, 7. Dispatching, 8. Other.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY:
Our company takes care of the entire employment process and further management:
Sorting and enrollment of candidates
Payroll
Management
Health insurance and all employee's related expenses
We also provide:
Secure online conference platform
Secure and encrypted file sharing platform
American phone number for the employee
Laptops and various working/office equipment
