Description:
We can get help with everything from grocery shopping to tax preparation, however if we have an idea for a problem solving invention/product we need to build a business from the ground up for each invention. This makes no sense. Inventing and entrepreneurship require completely different skill sets.

The goal of out of my head innovations is to provide a service to inventors that helps them develop and market their inventions at little or no cost to them (inventors often don't have money). Instead, we'll take our pay from the proceeds of the sales of the invention. Once a product is developed, we can spin it off into it's own LLC (which would include all the intellectual property: patents, trademarks, development data, contracts, etc...) and sell that to interested parties, allowing them to 'buy the company' at a lower price while maintaining our independence.

I am a serial inventor and seek to market a number of inventions over a wide range of areas, without having to start numerous companies. I'm starting this endeavor with my dog-proof cat litter box that also eliminates litter scatter, the Litter Defender. We are still pre-revenue, however we are within months of being on the market. We intend to start marketing through Amazon and their launchpad program and expand our distribution network through trade shows.
