My aim is to introduce a customer focused service solution providing instant refunds and exchanges on eCommerce purchases. My aim is to revolutionize how customers shop online, worry free and protected.
Clients can select The AFIAM when making a return to their favorite online retailer. No more wait times. We can have your refund/exchange processed instantly without the hassle of ever having to go through the return shipping process ever again.
How it will work:
ONE:
We pay your customers their refund in seconds.
For exchanges we inspect the items using company software and send through instant confirmation for the chosen retailer to begin the exchange process
TWO:
A return label is created to have your items sent back. We handle the entire shipping process so customers wont have to.
FINAL:
Any items not received by the retailer within the agreed time frame, the retailer will be compensated.
