Due to the covid-19, I made redundant.
If before the pandemic looking for a job was difficult and competitive, now, due to the global market uncertainties, it’s something indescribably tough and time-consuming.
I’d say that finding a job…it’s a job!

PROBLEM:
While looking for my next opportunity, I’ve figured out two main issues:

1) Applications & recruitment process are too long and dispersive;
2) After the degree, most graduates take jobs that do not suit them because they do not know where exactly seeking job postings and which type of occupational train they really have.

SOLUTION:
Hence, by starting from a social media channel like Instagram, I want to create an online community for jobseeker (both for recent graduates and people wanting a career shift) that:

1) It will regularly post about companies’ job offers based on different fields, levels, and roles.
2) Offer a quicker and more straightforward application process.

The idea aims to speed up the job hunting/recruitment process and help consumers through a win-win strategy (both for job seekers and companies) to meet their needs, especially under the current circumstances.
