Description:
As an Abylsen consultant, I was Electronics Referent for an infusion pump project (Agilia Volumat) primary targeted for the US market.
My responsibilities consisted on writing requirements specifications for the electronics part of the project, managing board design, test, validation, qualification and certification by subcontractors and external laboratories and support industrialization start-up phases with internal teams and EMS's.

Description:
As the Hardware Projects Manager, my responsibilities consisted on:
- Managing the products hardware design, prototyping, test, validation and qualification done by the HW R&D team based in Bulgaria.
- Managing products and solutions providers/distributors and taking decisions on technological choices.
- Negotiating prices and conditions for electronic components and furnitures with providers and distributors.
- Managing the products industrialization done by EMS's.
- Managing products deliveries to customers.
- Managing products certifications and markings (CE, UL...) with external laboratories and organizations.
- Writing technical documents (High and low level requirements specifications, technical presentations, high level hardware system architecture notebooks, user manual, technical notice...).
- Supporting the software development team on the HW part for system development and bugs/issues tracking/resolution.

I'm currently working on a personal project with the aim to create a company in the field of embedded software & tools for real-time and embedded systems, M2M and IoT/IoE markets.
Plan to design, develop, promote and market open source and commercial software worldwide:
- Embedded software (RT microkernel, RTOS, Hypervizors, Embedded Linux, Embedded Java, connectivity stacks (TCP/IP , USB , BT 4.x and Smart/LE, ZigBee, CAN, ModBus, ARINC...), File systems, GUI libraries, crypto/secu libraries, embedded processing libraries (signal processing, control, sensor fusion...), BSPs, drivers, applications, application specific pre-integrated software platforms...).
- Software/systems development tools (Software & systems modeling tools, IDE, debug & trace tools, static & run-time code analysis and visualization tools, automated test and verification tools, virtual systems platforms...).
