Furthermore, the "Entrepreneurial Mindset" and "Design Thinking" courses stimulated my creativity and critical thinking by encouraging me to "think outside the box". The related group projects allowed me to collaborate with students from various backgrounds, which made me understand the importance of listening to different opinions and how sharing ideas in a multicultural group is key to launching a successful career. I noticed that feeling a good team spirit and togetherness is essential for me. My university experience has completely changed my approach to managing complex groups.
