"Altavo Partners" has been established in Paris (France) in late November 2021. As a consulting boutique, its main focus is serving financial services (retail & corporate banking, leasing, factorng, trade finance, etc.) and fintechs (neobanks, innovative crossborder transfer services, etc.). Assignements are mainly related to strategy and management consulting, especially around collaboration projects between traditional and innovative companies in the financial services industry.

Examples of what we achieved so far:
- Strategy Consulting: Assistance to a North-African Retail Bank in order to create a neo-bank dedicated to diasporas in EU27 (ends June 30th)
- Strategy Consulting: Assistance to a cross-border transfer Fintech in setting-up its developement plan, update pitch content and prepare for fund raising (in progress)
- Management Consulting: Delivery of the internal Anti-Money Laundering policy, AML risk matrix and compliance governance scheme of a new neo-bank regulated in EU27 (ends mid-July)
- Strategy Consulting: Mandate to raise up to 3M€ for an innovative startup in the field of ESG e-commerce (in progress)

"Altavo" is a registered trademark. I will be happy to share the TM use as a franchise or as part of the development of a cooperative partners focusing on serving financial services and fintechs.
